Wow. Wow. Wow. I work at Kennedy Krieger and brought a client to Floyd's for a haircut, and Joe (our barber) blew me away! He seriously went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help not only my staff feel comfortable but my client as well. He noted we may have difficulty with the haircut and canceled his following appointment to give us a full hour. He has amazing ideas to increase inclusivity for people with disabilities, and is truly an amazing person. I can't wait to refer all of my clients to Joe! Thank you so much for the amazing experience.
