It’s easy and convenient to book appointments. Heather is also a great stylist and a good listener. She gives my son her full attention and she has the experience to cut his unique hair the right way.

I came in as a walk in on Saturday 1/23/26. This is my second time coming in for a haircut . The first time I scheduled online with Raquel. On the 23rd I walked in and was greeted by amazing staffers , I asked kindly if Raquel could take a walk in. Raquel came over with the nastiest attitude and energy never acknowledged me and turned to staff and stated “ if I’m done or as soon as I’m done with my appointment “. Now that’s understandable it’s not what she said but how she said it. At that point I asked for anyone who was available, Kayla not only cut my hair perfectly but was so kind and funny. The shop is always clean and the price point is very good. I will return to get a cut by Kayla F. Raquel needs to remember to practice kindness. I suffer from lupus and often time I am in pain but I show the world a smile regardless.

Raquel provides consistent, quality services each time I visit. Scheduling is easy. The additions of a warm towel, scalp or shoulder massage are nice touches. I wish the corporate headquarters would do away with the overly bright overhead lighting and provide the standard lighting around the mirror at each booth.

I like the vibe in the shops, and everyone that has cut my son's hair has been very friendly. He isn't a fan of haircuts, so having someone who's nice to him makes the experience much better.
