As a frequent flyer to multiple Floyd's locations in the greater Baltimore and surrounding counties, my experience at the Brewer's Hill location is and was, my greatest experience to date. Having never booked with a client at this specific location before, I scouted the available barbers prior to scheduling my cut. Ended up selecting Dee as my barber based off of the personalized intro for this location and the experience he described that he possessed inside his introduction as well.

I went from about 6 months of hair growth to wanting a stylized mullet-cut and was slightly nervous to make that commitment in general, let alone with a barber whom I had no prior experience with.

Floyd's has consistently met general expectations for guest service, however when I sat down and consulted with Dee at the Brewer's Hill location and he began to cut, I instantly recognized his passion for his craft and his welcoming demeanor. Dee was not only extremely kind and conversational but also operated with an attention to detail I have never experienced at any other Floyd's location. Not only did I leave with the desired style I sought out, but I also confidently can say that I will NEVER get my hair cut by any other barber. Dee gave me the best experience from start to finish that I have ever had.
