I love the atmosphere and vibe of the Bolton Hill location! I found my stylist, Raquel, at a different location and loved her so much, I followed her here. I've also had cuts by Kayla here, and she is excellent as well. Never a bad cut, love the shampoo, and appreciate the non-judgemental setting. I also use the Refresh hair product/ lotion. It has a cool, clean scent and moisturizes my skin well.

The people and services provided are great. However, walk-ins are an issue. Staff are often sitting around doing nothing but a walk-in will be told they have to wait 3-4 hours for service

Originally from Baltimore , now reside in Emerald Isle NC. Still have family/LeLe in Baltimore that I visit often. When in town and in need of a haircut, Floyds 99 (Heather) in Canton is my go to. Always gracious and professional with also being reasonably priced. Would recommend this establishment for same. Been a pleasure, Len Butta
