If you find a Floyd’s employee with a good personality-all is good.I and others I know have gotten haircuts where female staff initiate virtually zero conversation.Don’t they understand how and why customers tip?Same goes for male employees.I have seen the same employee for 6 months now and think she is terrific. She gives a quality cut,remembers details about me and we have good conversation.What more could I ask for?
