I like the atmosphere and for the most part I get the impression that the stylists aren’t forced to look or act a certain way. However, that said, last year I noticed that some of the stylists frequently used the phrase “my friend” and so I concluded that was probably a directive from “the man” which made it kind of annoying. This last couple visits the stylists seemed intent on knowing about any recent or upcoming travel and so, again, it feels a little forced. If you want my advice I would tell you not to tell your people what to say, wear, or do or to even say anything at all. Some of the most talented people are complete introverts so let them be. When it comes down to it I just want a good haircut and the best way for you to consistently deliver that is to keep good stylists but if you make your people act like dipshits they’re going to leave.

Brooke and Madison at the Annapolis, Maryland location are fantastic.

Bella is an amazing stylist. She is young but her understanding of customer needs and tech skills make her one of the best stylists I've had in 51 years. Honorable mention to Jalen and Marie who are also great stylists. Overall, the entire staff at Annapolis Mall shop are super friendly, helpful and communicate well together. I bring my 3 boys in and the four of us have yet to experience anything off. It's a great team. Please send the leadership team this note so they can recognize their excellent team.

I liked Tabitha V, she was very nice and knowledgeable.

Tyler is very sweet. I’m often really uncomfortable in public and certain noises freak me out because I’m autistic and he always asks me during my haircut if I’m okay and other employees let me join their conversations when talking about things I have interest in. Everyone is really nice. I still get nervous every time I have to get a haircut but I know Tyler will take care of me with that big awesome smile.

You guys are friendly, laid back, but also good at your job. No matter what I get done - it always looks great.

My stylist was amazing. From her personality and the way she treated me to doing a fantastic job giving me exactly what I asked for, I am always impressed with the services I receive here.

The stylists at the Annapolis store really take the time to listen to what you are looking for. I don’t really change up my hair because I love the length and want to make sure if I do an updo I don’t have random hairs sticking out all over the place. The stylists always try to keep my length but also make sure it is healthy and sometimes that means more length off than I originally wanted but they talk me through it and explain why they would need to do something else.
