Always a good time when I go into Floyd's - Rayne has cut my hair twice now. She's kind, skilled and give great suggestions. It's always nice to have someone who works with you. She also does great when you let her do her thing. I gave her an overall of what I wanted but let her execute and I'm very happy with the results.

After several years of staying away from Floyd's 99 Annapolis, due to terrible customer service/bad manager/front desk, today, I took a chance. When a very pleasant lady answered the phone for a last-minute appointment, I rushed to get into the shop. When I walked in the door, and met Jess, I knew Floyd's 99 Annapolis had made some positive changes that would make me, once again, a loyal customer. I walked out of the shop, satisfied that Jess had done everything that I imagined. She listened; then, performed with precision! Personable and easy to talk with.
I had Jess as my barber and she gave me the best haircut i’ve ever gotten.
