Haircut was great and so was the lady who did it. I just wish I could have gone with the person I booked with. I booked based on a recommendation from someone else then showed up to it being switched to someone else. Wish I had been notified that the person I wanted was not there so I could have come when they were.

That they offer a back massage and hot towel, but id prefer to be asked if i want one every time. Usually ill say no but unless explicitly asked i wont say anything about it. But its still an amazing service that takes the company the extra step which i appreciate nonetheless
