100% the people. I started going to Bryan E at the Troy location until it shut down. I was looking for a barber who could give me some guidance on my thinning hair. Bryan was the first to give me advice and confidence in a haircut I could pull off. Then I brought my kids to Floyd’s. My then 7 year old with sensory issues and ADHD has always struggled to get his haircut. It was a nightmare going to other places that did “kids haircuts”. But Bryan…well he has a magic touch and is able to roll with my son’s anxiety level to keep him calm. He can sense when he needs to back off instead of escalating. We won’t go to anyone else. Now my younger son will only see Bryan too. We tried to get both kids cuts at the same time but the little one will only sit in Bryan’s seat because he treats him so well. It’s no longer “going to get a haircut”, it’s “going to see Bryan”. Now we go the extra miles to the Birmingham location. Well worth it.
