Dave S. is awesome and my whole family loves him. I’m annoyed that I can’t pay for my teens anymore when I get there. They aren’t getting extra services and products, so to have to wait u til their appointment is done to pay (instead of paying when we get there), is not very customer service friendly. They don’t want mom sitting with them. I have other things I could do during both appointments. I always prepay tip directly, so there is no difference in revenue or funds or tips. This was the first time in the last few years I couldn’t pay when we arrived, the leave and go run other errands in the area.

My daughter felt completely comfortable telling her stylist exactly what she wanted. The stylist was able to give her the haircut she wanted. This was different from the last time she wanted to get a haircut. She even felt comfortable asking the stylist to make an adjustment before she left. I'm so pleased with the customer service we had.
