The quality of the hair stylists/barbers, the atmosphere, the hair care products available.

I really dislike the new 20 minutes for a haircut which forces me to book an appointment that increases the cost of my appointment.

Vanessa did great. Followed our instructions and gave us a great cut for both of our boys. It is difficult to find people who can cut African American hair in this area. Floyd’s does a great job for us every time.
