I love how I can trust anyone there to cut my hair well and to my liking. The wide variety of products to use is amazing. And, the service is wonderful as well, I really like being able to get my neck shaved and get a massage as well. It really adds to the experience.

All of the above! Ashley K is not only a really great stylist, but as the store manager, it is clear the other employees like her and respect her! Almost every time I'm there for a cut, several other stylists will stop by at her station for one reason or another, and the conversation is always (ALWAYS) casual, easy- going and clear... even if I'm not "in" on the actual topic being discussed. I've been coming to the VH location for many years, through COVID etc. and I've never seen it so consistently busy (not crowded, just busy). Sky in moving to New York in a month or so, and one of the establishments I will truly miss is Floyd's!!!

Great cut, great service, easy to schedule and to get in, would have liked to understand the coupons that go with the donation in more detail (ie when they expire and that it’s not a single coupon for a free cut).
