My stylist, Vanessa, is literally THE BEST! She is friendly and easy to talk to and knowledgeable on styling and the products. She’s put together and a great face of the shop! I look forward to going in just for the 20 minutes or so we get to chat! Like, not superficial lame conversations I’ve had with other stylists but she’s really got a great vibe and is a great person. Everyone else is always really sweet and nice too. Good people all around at the Vernon Hills Floyds! Looking forward to going back! You raised your prices recently…I’m fine with that as long as you also raised pay for the stylists. They work really hard and deserve more in their pocket! It was a very personal experience and I got exactly what I wanted out of it. Terri and I just clicked and I felt completely heard throughout the entire service. She understood what I was asking for and asked a ton of questions to make sure we were always on the same page. She also helped explain what she was doing and why and how she was styling it so I could achieve a similar look by myself and even gave me a product recommendation specific to my hair type and how I prefer my hair to look and feel. It’s the best haircut I’ve ever had!
