Ella is a great stylist. She pays a lot of attention to detail and I always leave happy with my haircut. The website makes it very easy to see when stylists have availability and booking is very simple.
I was late to my appointment due to bad traffic in Chicago downtown, and the Manager was able to accommodate me at a late appointment with the same hair stylist. I was already resigned to scheduled it to another day. Thank you.
