Lacey is phenomenal! So fun!!!! She will chit chat BUT also keep it quiet if I'm not feeling it. She's amazing at her job. In a world where the general public is awful, she's always professional with a smile. I love her!

Lacey is very knowledgeable and listens to what I would like to do with my hair. She provides feedback and suggestions and works with me to give me a look that feels like me. I go back to her every time now for over a year.
