I get to choose the service I want through the app without having to call, and when I get to the location the staff already knows about my appointment. Efficiency. Although, I will say that you should add the cost of the hair wash to the haircut instead of having the customer pay for it separately.
Mateo. He is bay far the best barber in the area (I’ve tried a bunch)! What ever you are paying him it is not enough. It’s the only reason I go to Floyds

My stylist, Lisa, did an excellent job on my hair. I was a first time customer and told her what I was looking for and she over-delivered on the cut. The shampoo, hot towel and massager were all great additions. Overall, I highly recommend Floyd’s.

Jodi, who cuts my hair. She’s great and I would go where ever she works. She started cutting my hair at the Schaumburg store by where I live a couple years ago and I have been driving out to Naperville since she works there. She is talented, professional and a pleasure to be around.
