My son gets a consistently great haircut! The stylist never makes our visit feel rushed like some of the lower tier “quick cut” chains. They always make sure to check in with me to make sure the top is short enough to stay out of his face without product while still looking stylish.

You have fantastic staff that are talented.

You could decorate the place like Chuck-e-Cheese and play polka over the speakers and it wouldn't matter one bit because you have the staff that can delight customers with every visit.

Pay them well and stop making them work 6 days a week.
