Staff was very friendly and the facilities were exceptional.
Long wait time, but it was worth it. I brought my 14 year old son in. Appointment was scheduled at 11:30 on a Saturday. They were 40 minutes behind. Got in with Phil and my son showed him pictures. Phil said Sarah or Erica would do better with the style he wanted (modern mullet). Phil talked to my kid for ten minutes and then did a pretty sweet hand shake with him. My son thought Phil was really cool. We waited for Sarah. She said modern mullets were her “bread and butter.” She did not disappoint!! She washed Will’s hair on the house because we had waited so long, gave him a cool cut just like he wanted and my kid was all smiles when he was done. Totally loved it! Sarah suggested product and taught him how to use it. Can’t wait to come back.
