I go there because of Lisa P., who cuts my hair. She’s super professional and really good at her craft.
I have curly hair and she’s the first person I’ve ever had who knows how to cut it (I’m 60 yrs old..). Seems kinda weird that would be the case but it’s true. Before I just accepted that I wouldn’t like my hair until a couple weeks after a cut. Now, I like how it looks following the cut.
If Lisa leaves Floyd’s, and I hope that doesn’t happen, I would ask where she went and hope to follow her to her next gig.

It was our first time at Floyd’s with our 4 year old son. My husband thought it was a good idea to cut our son’s hair and completely ruined it. I was able to get a last minute appointment at Floyd’s and Carlos NAILED it. My son hates getting his hair cut. Carlos kept him calm, collected and happy the entire time. Carlos was the first person to ever cut my son’s hair in a way that is flattering to his face and that we can maintain at home. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back to see Carlos.

Lauren B is great. Always asks me if I want a shampoo, if I need any product, and if I want shoulder message. I think the shoulder massage is entirely unnecessary and kind of weird to be honest.
