It would be helpful for new customers to know when they will have shampoo during the service (for example, before / after haircut). And it would be good to take notes on what was done for the appointment, so that the stylist in the next appointment has something to refer to.

The stylist we had was AWESOME!!!! They took time to talk w my son about what kind of hairstyle he was looking for, then made sure it was just what he wanted before we left. He donated his hair, they were great about suggesting places to donate it to, then cutting off his long hair just like the charity wanted it done. We'll definitely go back!
