Friendly and polite staff that give great cuts and style!

Everyone was so kind and kept complimenting the cut and my barber, Gio, on the good job he did. And when I asked to go a little shorter after he finished, and add a little bang in front after that, he was more than happy to make those adjustments. I was also feeling so nauseous and ACCIDENTALLY poisoned myself before this appointment but Gio's good nature and charm made me so happy I didn't start vomiting til I got home.

The staff are very friendly and personable. They take time with each customer making sure everything is done to the customer's preference. They're knowledgeable about what they do, and lean on each other to get the correct answer for the customer.

Frankiee did a wonderful job! She was very courteous and positive the whole time during my haircut. We had a blast talking about nerdy stuff. I would highly recommend Floyd's. My wife and I have been going to the Naperville location for about 4-5 years. We've never had any issues and all of the staff are always very friendly.

I’ve been going to the Naperville location for the past 6-7 months now and I haven’t had a bad experience yet. I’ve been getting my haircut by Gio and have gotten an excellent haircut everytime. All the other employees are warm and welcoming as well. Check them out!

Great haircut and shave!

Sarah is great. She ran a little little with other appointment before us but that’s ok. She followed our 5 yr instructions on how he wanted his haircut. No bowl cut presented a day later :) and he got a popsicle when he was done. She politely asked if that was ok.
