Alyson was great with my 11 y.o., who was growing his hair out and nervous about getting a cut he didn’t like. Alyson put him at ease and talked to him about what he wanted. We left with me being able to see his ears again and him with a smile on his face (and instructions on how to keep the style up at home)! It was a win-win.
