J Lo is fantastic—I’ve even traveled across town just to see him. He takes his time, listens, and always makes sure the cut is on point. Definitely one of the best at Floyd’s.
That said, Floyd’s as a shop could benefit from a little more consistency overall—sometimes the check-in process feels disorganized, and the atmosphere could use a refresh. But J Lo makes it more than worth it.
