Cutting the hair of a squirmy, loud 18-month-old who doesn’t want that to happen could make for a very stressful experience for everyone. Josh was not only serious about giving my son a great haircut, he was endlessly patient, calm, and kept looking to connect with him and prepare him for what was coming next. I cannot express my appreciation enough! And with an uncooperative kid my expectations for the actual haircut were minimal, but Josh did an amazing job despite all the challenges. Thank you for your thoughtfulness, generosity, and dedication.
