It’s personalized, and the people there actually listen to you and give recommendations. A lot of experience by everyone who has cut my hair every time I’ve been to Floyd’s, and the people there are cool. I also like the vibe/music.

The new policy of 20 minute haircuts is horrible.
I’ve been going to Floyd’s for years now and have always loved it. But with this new change to 20 minutes slots every thing is running behind schedule and when you do finally get in the chair it is far too rushed to force your skilled barbers to try to give a good cut in such a short amount of time.
If it isn’t changed back to the 30 minute windows I’ll likely end my 4 year relationship with Floyd’s and find a new place that cares enough to give enough time to their employees and customers to provide a proper service.
I consistently get a great haircut there and everyone is very friendly and welcoming.

The prices are reasonable in my opinion and the staff is always above and beyond nice. They always make me feel so relaxed and comfortable whenever I visit.
