Staff is always friendly and professional, the only problem I ever has is that the lighting is a bit odd in spots so its hard to see the cut until I get to brighter light. Which then I have to trim up stragglers or missed spots.

Taylor is the absolute best. We've had mixed experiences with other stylists at this location (inconsistent pricing, stylists who aren't kid-friendly, getting very different cuts than what was asked for... like the time I asked for a classic little boy's haircut for my 5-year-old because we were attending a family reunion and the stylist gave him a full-on Blink-182 mohawk) but we keep coming back specifically for Taylor. She's everything I could ask for in a stylist: attentive, personable, responsive, consistent, generous with her time and knowledge, she's the total package.
