Kim our stylist was so nice, recommended products and was friendly to my 15 yrs old son who did the hair cut . Originally my reservation was at Floyd south loop and it seems i missed to complete the last step of booking, I went there and they did not take us- although I showed her a screen shot of the booking I did - it was my mistake but the receptionist did not show empathy or concern so I called the other Floyd on Ohio st at 5:10p and whoever answered the phone was so nice and was able to accommodate us for 530p slot same day - this was a saver as my son first day of school was next day and he really needed a haircut- kudos tk Floyd streeterville who will be our favorite barber moving forward
I always get a good haircut and leave happy. The prices are reasonable.
Khay is by far one of the best stylists I’ve had. She is what keeps me going to the Streeterville location. I love that she takes her time each and every visit as she really care about me being happy with the results, but also the work that she is putting in.

I've been getting my haircut from Eliza G for many years now. She's moved from a great stylist to a more great stylist. This time I had an emergency, where someone chopped my hair a bit. She was able to fix it and shape my hair to my head so wonderfully, and the compliments haven't stopped coming. She consistently does a FANTASTIC job!
