Jessi was wonderful! Her warm and inviting personality, in addition to her hair expertise, made my first experience at Floyd’s a really positive one. It was clear that she wanted me to leave satisfied with my service as she checked in with me during each step of the haircut and even offered up-keep and styling advice. Looking forward to being in her chair again in the future!
