Friendly, on time and good service
I like the vibes. It’s a cool place to hang out for half an hour. There’s also clearly a pretty high hiring standard, and though I’ve finally settled on a regular stylist (Sawse at the Clark location, who is great), for the longest time I just took whoever was available. Have probably had a dozen or so different stylists across different Floyd’s locations and I’ve never gotten a bad haircut.

The space is super inviting and your barbers are very kind! It’s particularly great for me to get cuts from your people as they don’t try to force conversation if it’s not the vibe. They’ll chat with you forever if you want to and they’ll keep conversation to a minimum if that’s what you’d rather want! Perfect for any type of person!

Ive been a customer of this shop for 5 years and feel like it’s improved a ton in the last few years. I know they got new management a while back and since then this is the only place I go. I always feel welcome and respected in the shop. It has a good neighborhood feel and I always come out looking fresh and getting exactly what I ask for.
I normally book with Patrick and he does a killer job. But have also gone to other barbers at this location if he’s not available. Bottom line, my cut is always a step above what I've gotten at other places in the city. They all take their time and make sure they give you what you want.
