I like that you’re reliable- I know what to expect. When I need a haircut and have an hour and $60 available right now, I know I can get an annoying errand done. I also appreciate that you don’t change things up for the sake of changing things up- your business model works, and you’re not forever tweaking it or making it more complicated.
