Out of total spontaneity, I decided to give Floyd's 99 a try. As, I'm very peculiar about my hair, and layers.
But, Genesis? She knew the assignment. Cause straight from the get-go? She was able to translate, what I was conveying/conceptualizing to get out of a haircut. All the while, going the extra mile~
Cause I came into Floyds wanting one thing, and left with something extra. A smile :)

Kindness, talent, and service. not fake kindness people can tell if you’re full of us bs or not, real kindness and care and you guys did a very good job the other day when I was there, thank you so much.
Everybody was so nice and kind the service, that’s the big thing and then super talented making haircuts and the person I was with was so good. I wanted to add a photo of the business card that I can’t figure out how adding attachment photos. Anyway, Ashley 3572 North Clark, Chicago. She is very talented and has amazing communication skills and listening, huge talent.

Love the atmosphere... love the people, music and store setup... The barbers are true artists as well and always deliver.

Although I was an objectively bad customer. Both stylists were patient with me as there was a miscommunication about what I wanted done with the back of my hair. It was resolved smoothly and professionally!

Scheduling was quick and easy, location was convenient, the place was super clean, and my stylist, Peau, was amazing, helping me decide on changes to my style that I am so pleased with. Definitely will come back again!
