The staff rules. I love the employees. It just seems like the company has become more corporatized in the last couple years, and less generous to the employees, which are essential of the entire business. Just a note

I like that I can usually get a walk-in appointment, that there’s parking, and that I’ve gotten a good haircut at this location before. I also like looking at all the photos of musicians on the walls.

Great price, respectful staff when I’m stating how much I hate my hair and can you make it better since it is overgrown.

Aside from a particular stylist at the river north location, I’ve always had great experiences with Floyd’s which is why I wanted to try the closest location after I moved to Bucktown. Veronica was very kind and professional and gave so much attention to detail for texturing my hair(a simple short men’s cut). Veronica provided fantastic value for the time and money spent. Service like hers is why I’ll continue visiting Floyd’s.
