Original person who was supposed to cut my hair had schedule open for a time when she wasn’t available. I didn’t get a call until that day. Not sure why management would be unable to have the schedule correct - it’s listed on the website which I assume is set far in advance. Then, the manager offered my 50% off my haircut when I showed up but didn’t give it to me when I left. If I hadn’t been seeing my regular person for the last four years, I would never come back here. Giving 10 so that it doesn’t impact scores for Lauren or the woman who actually cut my hair who did a good job.

Da is awesome. She does a great job with my haircut and remembers how I get it cut and recommends new options from time to time. I do use the leave-in conditioner (which is one of the best products you sell).
I’m very familiar with the products. I’m a stylist as well. Just prefer to have my hair maintained by the stylist at Floyd’s
