I have never gotten a bad cut. And I've used Floyd's in Pasadena, West Hills, and Orange. Idk how they recruit but they seem to get some of the best.

I can’t say enough about Erick. He’s 100% the best barber I’ve ever had. I would follow him anywhere because not only is he personable and probably the coolest barber I’ve ever had (and I’ve become friends with barbers before), he cuts hair phenomenally… and my hair is NOT easy to cut or fade. This reflects on Floyds because I can see that they really care about the caliber of people they hire. If you can get a cut in with Erick though, definitely do so!

Cut my son’s hair, she did a very good job, she understood my son’s hair, which not everyone understands because he has a lot, she gave him a haircut that goes perfectly suits him. She got a new client and will definitely recommend her. She was referred to us by my daughter’s friend.
