Jenny O was amazing! My 14 year old son has never had a “real” haircut because he wore his hair long and donated it so I (his mom) always cut it. He wanted a real shorter haircut this time donating so I made the appointment at Floyds99. From the front desk staff, to the other stylists to Jenny, everyone was helpful, friendly and fun! Jenny was able to really understand what my son wanted and frequently checked with him along the way to make sure he was feeling ok about the big change. She also explained to him how to style his hair at home and recommended a great product to purchase from the salon. The result is better than either of us expected and the reaction from his friends and school peers and teachers has been overwhelmingly positive…what an ego boost this haircut has given him. Dave is the best!
I can always count on Floyd's to give me a great cut. Polo cut my hair the last two visits and he is an artist when it comes to cutting hair. He listened to what I wanted and gave me a cut I'm still getting compliments on today.
