Jenny O is an expert at what she does technically and her demeanor is warm and friendly. She makes sure to listen carefully to what you ask for and checks with you as she’s working to ensure she’s getting it right. The end result is always great and it lasts longer than most haircuts because it’s executed so well. Also, the vibe in this shop is fun, relaxed, yet upbeat so it’s always fun to come in. The employees are always friendly and attentive even if you’re not their customer.
