I’ve always received a great cut and the stylists have always been wonderful. And through suggestions, I’ve always liked getting the products that are used on my hair during the visit. Many of these products I still use after years of first seeing them at Floyd’s.

If I may add, the online menu is a little confusing. For this visit I chose “mid length” because that where I wanted it cut to. But I was told that meant, from where the hair is starting from. And I should have chosen the selection for long hair. But, truly that suggestion was not on the menu when I chose my date and time.

I have seen that the menu selections can change depending on the date and time. So it feels weird that I might have to find a date that has the long hair selection not greyed out.

But I love Floyd’s and will continue to go here for my hair. I’ll probably just call for my next visit to speak with a person. So it’s really not an issue!

Diane M always does a great job! The scheduling on the website is confusing however as it often gives 5 minute increments instead of the half hour blocks.

Dani is an excellent stylist and goes above and beyond to recommend services and products. Because of her recommendations, I have a few hair products I use regularly and continue to purchase when stopping in for hair services.

Diane is by far the best hair stylist I have ever had in my life. I won't go to anyone else.
