Overall vibe, very friendly, seems to be a place for all ages, not afraid to keep fading rock posters on the wall along with some fresher ones, gotta like that.

Amelia S., who I have been using at the Studio City location is the absolute best I've ever encountered. She does an amazing job. My only fear is that she'll move on someday. Her attention to detail is second to none and she's an extremely nice person as well.
