The Northridge location has a pretty friendly atmosphere, and they were very accommodating when I had to change my appointment on the fly because of an emergency that came up.

Additionally, I didn't realize I had peeling on my neck from a sunburn and I was pretty embarrassed showing up to my appointment like that. The stylist that provided my haircut (Qiana W.) was very polite about it and was able to work with me (and work around it) and gave me a stellar haircut.
