Taylor, the manager at Northridge is awesome. She is a skilled cosmologist, makes you feel good and just is easy to work with.

But, the woman at Topanga/Ventura shop is rude and difficult and seemed to talk me out of a haircut.

I forget her name. She was new. It’s as if she reveled in the fact that I didn’t have the perfect hair for the haircut I wanted although I’ve had this haircut 10 times in my life with no one ever before giving me a hard time about it. N

I went there first and after the difficulties I left and found Taylor at Northridge.
