Had a great time getting my haircut! Taylor did an amazing job and I’ve been getting compliments on my new cut!!! They were very attentive and made sure to understand how I wanted my hair to be like. Came in not expecting to get a haircut, but Mitch assured me that he would be able to help me out. I have to say that he did an amazing job. To preface I came in with a pretty long toupee and Mitch was able to work some incredible magic to have it look extremely amazing. Will definitely recommend Mitch to friends/family members.

i always get the cuts i ask for. i've never walked out thinking i didn't get what i asked for. plus, all the stylists i've had have been friendly and very capable. that includes Taylor at the Northridge location. i was very happy with how she cut my hair and we had a couple of laughs, too. floyd's is great!

Very friendly group of employees, Hair stylist Jessika took the time to listen what style of hair cut I was wanting. Best hair cut in a long time. I showed my daughter, she called and got an appointment that afternoon. Two very satisfied customers!!!

Pleasant consistent service. My stylist Julian does a great job.

I thought the environment was great. My barber Kyrstie was friendly and professional. We had a conversation about the importance of creating a safe and happy place for everyone and I think this location is a prime example of that. She was attentive not only to me, but the organization for the rest of the day, training new teammates, while simultaneously checking incoming clients. All with a sense of urgency. Aside from that, one of the best fades I’ve gotten in a long time. Will be booking her again. Incredible.
