I visit and revisit Floyd’s on Melrose because it is close by, the staff at that location is always polite and welcoming, and the stylists are always attentive to listening to the hair cut that you want. There was one time I didn’t like the cut I received and was able to go back, stress free, and another stylist corrected the haircut. I can’t speak for the other Floyd locations but the one on Melrose has always been great and that’s why I’ve been going there for close to 10 years now. Sincerely, [FIRST NAME REMOVED] B.

My haircut turned out amazing! Lauren K was incredible. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, offered great suggestions, it turned out way better the I expected. It's definitely one of the best, if not the absolute best, haircut I've ever had.
