So easy to make an appointment online! Parking was easy, check in took only a second, and I was in the chair within 3 minutes of being there. Yvette is a superstar, making it the most fun haircut I’ve had in years. She has incredible expertise, explaining something about my hair I’ve always wondered about. I had a big change that I wanted and she delivered 100 times over. Incredible haircut and totally worth the awesome price. What an amazing experience, excited to go again.

The person who cut my hair was able to fix the problem that another person (at a different business) created, and she didn't take off too much.

Simple to schedule and appointment in the app, the location in Hollywood is convenient, everyone is friendly and I always get a good haircut. I also like the hair product and checkout is fast and efficient.
My only suggestion is asking the client if they want their hair washed. If I add it in the app is appears to only assist with giving more time for scheduling and the barber doesn't know it was requested and when i ask in person it doesn't seem to ever happen. So I gave up asking. Buy that's the only negative comment otherwise it's great.
