Dominique is awesome always accommodates me, I don’t know how she remembers to get my hair just like it is with so many clients but she does, the front office staff is courteous and chill. Thankful for Floyd Hollywood.

Anna is amazing as a stylist. She is knowledgeable, efficient and No BS. I also enjoy how warm and easy to deal with the reception lady is she is accommodating and welcoming. These reasons along with the fact the the location is only a few blocks away from me and easy to walk to has made me a loyal Floyd’s customer from the past 4 years. No notes

I appreciated the quick response and care that was taken when I had a negative experience last time I was there. You can tell that the managers care about the well-being of their customers. As a long-time customer, it meant a lot that my concerns were reviewed and responded to. Because of this, I will continue to be a customer and am looking forward to my next visit.
