All was convenient and great - two comments. I could not apply the $10 off first time customer discount when booking online. Then when I went in to the store the manager told me they would apply it at check out and they never did. Also the reservation system could use revamping - would be great to first start with when I'd like a cut and then step two deciding who of the stylists/barbers work those days. It's backwards so slightly an annoying process. Otherwise great.

For the most part everyone can accommodate to cut my hair, since not everyone can do a high fade with a hard part, to come over at the shop. Everyone provides a good customer service.
