When I go into Floyd’s I know I will like the music and I will like my stylist and I will love my haircut. I know I have come in to Floyd’s knowing I need a haircut, just not sure as what I wanna get. I have used them as my sounding board to help me decide.

Always get a great cut when I go there and the price is right.
Mostly it’s the attitude of the team. Friendly and efficient. Research has seen that Floyd’s could have less of a turnover of employees if the wages/insurance was competitive with other boutiques. It’s more if a chain than a personal care facility, but when one comes across a Courtney (Woodland Hills) or Sami (Encino), one either keeps going to Floyd’s - as long as they’re there - or follows them elsewhere.
