I just moved to the area and I was searching around for a barber that is comfortable and skilled doing skin fade. Believe it or not there where times (long long ago) I got questioned if payed for my haircut 🤦🏻‍♂️

But… First impressions are lasting impressions, I had an appointment at Floyd’s different location, but barber got sick so my appointment had to be rescheduled, because of my personal schedule that was not possible, whoever called me check the next closest location and confirmed the appointment for me. I was a happy camper already.
Two hours prior I got another call just to confirm my arrival and I was asked if I know how to get there. Great phone handling skills.
Moment I crossed the doors I got greeted with smile and introduced to my barber - FRANK.
This guy knows exactly what the heck is going on. Impeccable skill and knowledge. My head definitely looked really good. Glad I listened to his advice.
Bottom line. Visiting Floyds is not the cheapest way to get you a haircut, neither a wearing a Rolex is not the cheapest way to tell a time…. We still want the Rolex.

Overall, amazing customer service and products. Hair cut quality was really good as well, just not what I asked for. It ended up being a lot shorter than I asked for, and I didn’t want bangs but they styled the cut with bangs. It looks good and my stylist is definitely talented, I was just a little frustrated that it wasn’t the style I was going for.

Raquel did a great job. She was welcomed me with a shampoo and rinse. She then cut my hair and was just very nice overall. She was confident in her work and I would love her to cut my hair again.
