Not only did they provide an amazing hair cut and beard trim to get me ready for a big, important, presentation I had the following morning, but they were great to converse and joke with during my visit. And they recommended a great product that works perfectly for my needs and hair that has now replaced one that I had been using for years.
I have been to several Floyds in OC many times over the years. I always just booked whomever was available at the time I scheduled. However, after this haircut and interaction with Heidi at the Tustin location, I will only be looking to book with her exclusively moving forward.
