I do think that the front staff are generally pretty short and not super friendly or welcoming. That might be something to work on in the Tustin location.

I love the staff. They always treat me great. I had surgery on my neck and throat this year. I can't feel half of my face. Despite this the two barbers who have given me straight edge shaves were very careful with me and did a darn good job.
Heidi is great. Always gives a solid haircut and treats us as family.

I’ve never tried the products but the service is amazing. They make sure to get your haircut exactly how you want it. They take their time and put full effort into your haircut. I always walk out of there with an amazing haircut and great confidence.
Sammie was the absolute best you could ask for. She was friendly, had great conversations, great product and care recommendations, and made sure I was completely happy with the services I purchased. I could not be happier with her service and can not recommend her enough!
Heidi is the best. She always does an amazing job and she’s genuinely a fun/great person to be around so the whole experience is only positive.
Aside from that, I enjoy being able to book appointments online. That said, the UX of the Floyd’s website could be improved.
