Excellent customer service! I have never been treated so well by a Manager. She took the time to listen to my haircut request and struggles and worked together with me to come up with a solution. She also went the extra mile and sacrificed time from her lunch to help me get the haircut I desired and to top it off she even wrote down what I got so I can explain it to someone in the future! She is an amazing individual. Thank you Sammie.

Tasha did a wonderful job on my prior visit getting my hairstyle ready for my wedding. Staff is super accommodating; visit was originally scheduled during a Friday but the center was experiencing blackouts so we rescheduled the next day with no issues.

What do you like about our products and services?

The interactions between the customer and the barber are very unique. The barbers are very engaging and is probably the best customer service I’ve get received. I feel secured and love the second at the barbers talk to the customer and explain what there doing and why. It’s let’s me know why in receiving something and that I know how much care they put into me getting the best haircut ever.
